ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Tangsi is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

Sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost.

Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

SHIPPING POLICY
Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. These issues have to be dealt with directly through the shipping company.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10—14 days from the order date.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Tangsi is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All international orders are shipped via FEDEX or DHL.
